In conjunction with Pit Bull Awareness Day 2009, Bless the Bullys presents the first ever "Honor-a-Bull" Video Challenge!

In keeping with the tradition of Pit Bull Awareness Day, the Honor-a-Bull video challenge is a way to create positive pit bull media attention while putting YOUR bully in the spotlight!

Whether your pit bull is a therapy dog, service dog, involved in weight pull or other competition, or simply a good old couch potato, now is a great time to get him or her on film doing what they do best -- being GREAT family companions and good canine citizens.  Your video can tell a story or it can simply be a collection of meaningful pictures set to music. What an incredible way to commemorate National Pit Bull Awareness Day and the love that you and your family have for your bully!

All videos entered in the Honor-a-Bull Video Challenge will be added to the National Pit Bull Awareness Day channel on YouTube.  The winning videos will be determined by two methods:  (1) a panel of judges; and (2) public vote of favorite video.  "Favorite video" will be judged by the number of views each video receives. Winning videos will find a home on the National Pit Bull Awareness webpage for an entire year, and winning video creators will also receive prizes from various contest sponsors.

Best of all -- and adding to the challenge -- our ultimate hope for the Honor-a-Bull Video Challenge is to upload as many of these videos as possible in honor of National Pit Bull Awareness Day 2009.  We absolutely want to FLOOD YouTube with positive pit bull videos from all across the world!

Entries may be submitted (in WMV format only) to honorabullvideo@yahoo.com. (The easiest way to create WMV videos is by using Windows Movie Maker which is a basic program on all computers.)

Please note that you may not be able to send large files through your e-mail provider.  To ensure your video is received for entry, please send it via www.yousendit.com.
